All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit
The customer covers the cost of returning items to Mossy Back
Items must be unworn and unwashed
Any items deemed not in keeping with the above will be returned to the customer
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on swimwear or hats
We will refund or replace faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange a replacement. Please include photo of faulty item in your correspondence and we will require the return of the item at our cost.
